In order to access your proxies, the IP address of the machine or server you’re connecting from must be authorized. IP authorization (also known as IP authentication) ensures you can access the list of proxies we assign to you. If you try to access the proxies from an IP address which is not authorized, errors including “No route to host” and “Connection refused” may occur.

 

We currently allow multiple authorized IPs on our proxy plans. See our guide on how to authorize new IP addresses if you’ve already placed your order, and would like to change your authorized IP(s).
